Hires were devoted to production related skills including industrial painting; warehouse logistics; new assemblers and pre-assembly.
The company has also invested in its technical department competencies. To address the growing need for automation and software related development, system engineering skills have been recruited with programming skills. New mechanical engineering talent joins the technical team as does a new role of Head of Design & After Market.
On the management side, a new CFO has joined the management team as has a new CHRO and COO. These hires constitute a growth of 40% in the C suite competencies and industrial experience. Last but not least new roles in support and order team hopes to improve deliveries and customer satisfaction.
