- 2023-05-31. Nyland, Sweden. Stringo, the Original Vehicle Mover, appoints two new members to the leadership team to strengthen its management capacities and competencies.
Jenny Molin—a high level business controller and financial professional based in the High Coast—joins the Stringo management team as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Her experience in the areas of large B2B global partnerships in the timber industry were seen as a key skill that Stringo, with its extensive worldwide distribution, could benefit from. Running the financial and structured systems of SCA, a billion + SEK company annually, with the high-level regulatory demands, accounting diligence and necessary fiduciary processes, is seen as a key addition to the professionalism of the company and the Stringo management team.
Lena Thelin will join the team as the new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), a role that she has years of executive experience in through decades working with large government entities. Her last posting of Strängnäs municipality saw her organize and run the HR ecosystem.
Nina Thelin, CEO of Stringo, firmly believes that these appointments are just what Stringo needs at this point in its journey. “Like many growing companies, at some point you need to take the next level in your management structure and bring in people that have that experience and ability to shape the business for the future. We’ve been blessed to have talented and dedicated people like our financial controller Monica Åberg with us but as she retires, I felt like Jenny’s industrial knowledge could really lift us. And Lena will be critical to keep our family culture and ways of working and marry that to a more professional and effective structure," says Nina Thelin of the appointments. "I’m so excited to see where their talents take us and how they help us develop our global business.” - To download an image of Lena Thelin, click here
